We bake our breads fresh every day, using organic flours.


Our Country White Sourdough is our signature bread.  (Ingredients: organic white flour, organic whole rye flour, sourdough starter, yeast, water, salt... that's IT.)  We bake it each and every morning, 7 days a week.  It's just that versatile and delicious.  We know you'll want to serve it every night with dinner, (and for breakfast tomorrow morning too.)  We also bake fresh baguettes daily (out of the oven around 9 AM)  As always, our Sourdough English Muffins, Sourdough focaccia,  and Sourdough Rolls are baked fresh daily as well.

Monday:   Sourdough German Rye, Multigrain Sourdough, Sourdough Bagels

Tuesday:  Pugliese OR Semolina loaf, Multigrain Sourdough, Sourdough Bagels

Wednesday: 100% Spelt Sourdough, 100% Naturally-Leavened Country Whole Wheat Sourdough, Sourdough Bagels

Thursday: White Sandwich Pan Loaf, Cinnamon Bread, Multigrain Sourdough, Sourdough Bagels

Friday: Challah, Babka, Multigrain Sourdough, Sourdough Bagels

Saturday: Brioche Cinnamon Buns,  Multigrain Sourdough, Sourdough Bagels

Sunday:  Brioche Cinnamon Buns,  Multigrain Sourdough, Sourdough Bagels

Storing our breads:

Sourdough will stay fresh for a few days.  Just place bread in plastic storage bag or breadbox, or wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature. Refrigerator storage is not recommended, as bread will quickly dry out and become stale — for longer-term storage, freeze bread instead. To freeze, double-wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
