We bake our breads fresh every day, using organic flours.


Our Country White Sourdough is our signature bread.  (Ingredients: organic white flour, organic whole rye flour, sourdough starter, yeast, water, salt... that's IT.)  We bake it each and every morning.  It's just that versatile and delicious.  We know you'll want to serve it every night with dinner, (and for breakfast tomorrow morning too.)  We also bake Multigrain Sourdough daily, as well as fresh baguettes daily (out of the oven around 9 AM)  As always, our Sourdough English Muffins, sourdough bagels, and sourdough croissants are baked daily as well.

Sunday:  (Weekend Brunch breads)Brioche Cinnamon Buns, German Sourdough Loaf and rolls

Storing our breads:

Sourdough will stay fresh for a few days.  Just place bread in plastic storage bag or breadbox, or wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature. Refrigerator storage is not recommended, as bread will quickly dry out and become stale — for longer-term storage, freeze bread instead. To freeze, double-wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
