Jen's uses only the finest ingredients: organic flour, local and/or organic eggs, AA butter, the finest chocolate and cocoa, local and organic NJ fruit whenever possible. At the bakery, we bake-to-order and deliver free of charge to the greater Princeton, NJ area!

What are lillipies TM?
Lillipies are quite simply "little pies", the size and shape of cupcakes.
My oldest son has always been a pie-lover and would far prefer apple pie to any other dessert. When it was time to bake his birthday cupcakes for school, I figured I'd tinker with my own mother's apple pie recipe and try and bake a cupcake made of pie instead of cake. And the "lillipie" was born. My clients enjoyed them so much, I put them on the menu!
Lillipies are handmade 2-inch or 3-inch diameter sweet pies baked with an all-AA butter crust. They are made using fresh fruit (local and organic whenever possible), Ghirardelli or Callebaut chocolate, pure cane sugar, organic flour, and local or organic eggs.
