1/21  10am-12 noon KIDS’ PIE BAKING (AGES 8-14)

1/28   ADDED BY POPULAR DEMAND: 10am-12:30pm ADULT SOURDOUGH BREAD 102 Apply sourdough techniques to make savory party breads, just in time for the big game!  (pizzetti, stromboli, and Italian hotdog roll-ups) (AGES 15+)


2/4  3:40-5pm KIDS’ COOKIE DECORATING Learn how to ice sugar cookies with royal icing.  (AGES 8-14)

2/11  4pm-6:30pm ADULT COUPLES’ FRESH PASTA (BYO) Learn the basics of pasta fresca and make pappardelle along with tortelloni.  We will enjoy the fruits of our labor afterwards with a pasta feast.  BYO wine, if you'd like. (AGES 15+)

2/18  10am-12noon KIDS’ SOURDOUGH CALZONE Learn about sourdough bread and make your own calzone to take home.  What a great way to spend the Presidents' Day holiday off from school! (AGES 8-14)

3/4  10am-12noon ADULT KING CAKE CLASS Learn to make a New Orleans-style brioche-based King cake from scratch. (AGES 15+)

3/11  3:40-5pm KIDS’ SCONE & SODA BREAD (AGES 8-14) Learn about quick breads and make some fresh scones and Irish soda bread.

3/25  10am-12:30pm ADULT SOURDOUGH BREAD 201 Bring your sourdough skills to a new level.  We'll learn different applications for sourdough, along with proper shaping and scoring techniques. (AGES 15+)
