Jen Carson has always loved to bake for family and friends - ever since she was a little girl helping her Mom decorate the family's birthday cakes. At a very early age she fell in love with the art of baking.
Cakes and pies should look great, and taste spectacular -which is why Jen's uses only the best ingredients - and why Jen's bakes fresh to order. Local and organic fruit are used whenever possible. Really, how can you go wrong with a fresh, tree-ripened Jersey peach in a lillipie?
Back in 1992, Jen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Bucknell University, then received a Masters in "Creative Arts in Learning" from Lesley University in Boston. Jen has taken baking and pastry courses at the Institute for Culinary Education and is a graduate of The French Culinary Institute in New York City.
